We always check our items very carefully during packaging. Should a product nevertheless be defective, please email us at jumpintonuza@gmail.com. Please describe the defect in your email and attach photos clearly showing the defect.

How do I care for the garments properly?

 

To ensure that your embroidery lasts for a long time, here are the most important tips:

  • Wash at 30 degrees

  • Reversed washing and ironing

  • Do not iron over the embroidery

  • Do not use fabric softener

  • Do not tumble dry

How do the products turn out?

 

All our cuts are unisex; you can find the exact measurements on each product page under the size chart . If you're unsure, it's best to compare the measurements with a product at home that fits you well.

 

What material are your Sweatshirts made of?

 

All sweatshirts combine a soft cotton-rich blend of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, with a durable midweight 260/280g/m² fabric. Our garments are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.This means that they are free from any harmful chemicals or substances, including tests for pH-value, pesticides and heavy metals which may be harmful to human health

 

What material are your Socks made of?

 

Our socks are 100% cotton. Note, that after the first wash they shrink a bit. Care: handwash or 30°C !

 

Where do you produce?

 

Our designs are dreamed up in our hometown of Vienna, Austria - and brought to life with care by our trusted production partners in Hungary.
