Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, you have the option to return or exchange your items. Here’s how it works:

You can return or exchange your order—or individual items from it—within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items are accepted only if they arrive to us unworn and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

How to return or exchange an item?

1. Let us know

Send a quick email to jumpintonuza@gmail.com with your order number and a short note that you’d like to return or exchange your items.

2. Send it back

Please ship the items back to our address within 14 days after contacting us.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the amount for the returned items. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

 

Condition of items

You can try clothes on, just like you would in a shop. Please avoid wearing them beyond that - if items are returned with signs of use that reduce their value, we can’t accept the return. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on socks.

 

Please ensure you select the correct size and style before completing your purchase.
